Talent Residency (Track One) is one of the premium residency services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, designed for exceptional talents in the fields of science, culture, sports, arts, and other areas with significant social and economic impact.

We provide support in preparing talent profiles, documenting achievements and local and international participations, and facilitating the procedures for obtaining the appropriate premium residency.

Through this service, we aim to enrich the Kingdom’s cultural, athletic, and creative landscape by attracting global talents and outstanding achievers, enabling them to contribute to advancing innovation and the cultural, scientific, and sports sectors, within a stable environment for them and their families.

Pre-Application Guidelines

Applications are subject to review according to the approved criteria, and submitting an application does not guarantee final approval.

Required Documents

Portfolio of work samples or CV.

Recommendation letter from a competent authority.

Recent bank statement.

Copy of residency permit (Absher format, yellow version with expiry date).

Copy of a valid passport.

Recent personal photograph.

Copies of visit visas (if applicable).

Nomination for or receipt of an approved exceptional award.

Meeting the minimum financial solvency requirements to ensure the ability to live in the Kingdom.

An official recommendation from the Ministry of Culture or the Ministry of Sports.
