Service Overview

A residency service dedicated to owners of residential properties in Saudi Arabia with a value of no less than SAR 4 million, aimed at encouraging real estate investment and providing a stable living environment in line with Saudi Vision 2030.

Pre-Application Guidelines

Applications are subject to review according to the approved criteria, and submitting an application does not guarantee final approval.

Required Documents

Property title deed and accredited valuation.

Residency, passport copies, and personal photographs.

National Address and visit visas (if applicable).

Ownership or usufruct of a residential property valued at no less than SAR 4 million.

Property must be unencumbered and not financed through mortgage facilities.

Property must be an existing residential unit (not vacant land).

Application processing time is approximately 3 months.
