Premium Residency (Entrepreneur Residency)

Service Overview

A dedicated service for ambitious entrepreneurs seeking to establish and grow startups in the Kingdom under the Premium Residency program.

The residency is available for five years, renewable once upon meeting eligibility criteria, to support economic projects and strengthen the business environment in line with Saudi Vision 2030. This service targets entrepreneurs who have secured funding, possess innovative business models, or participate in recognized incubator and accelerator programs.

We provide comprehensive support, including project idea evaluation, connecting with entities that support startups, and preparing a detailed profile highlighting growth and innovation potential.

Pre-Application Guidelines

Applications are subject to review according to the approved criteria, and submitting an application does not guarantee final approval.

Required Documents

Valid Entrepreneurial License issued by the Ministry of Investment.

Recommendation letter from the investing entity.

Copy of residency permit

(Absher format, yellow version with expiry date for each ID)

Valid passport copy.

Recent personal photograph.

Copies of visit visas.

Applicant’s personal national address.

Obtain an entrepreneurial license from the Ministry of Investment.

• Obtain an investment round of no less than SAR 400,000 from an accredited investment entity.

Submission of a recommendation letter from the investor.

Applicant’s ownership share must not be less than 20%.

Application processing time is approximately 3 months and may vary by case.

Residency and passport must be valid for at least 6 months at the time of application.
