Service Overview

The Business Investor Residency is one of the Premium Residency programs in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, specifically designed for foreign investors and GCC nationals seeking to invest and reside in the Kingdom under defined regulations and standards.

We offer a comprehensive and integrated service that includes:

Consultations on the investment environment in the Kingdom.

Selecting the most suitable investment structure, whether full ownership or commercial partnerships.

Preparing the residency application based on the investment plan, projected project size, and employment opportunities to be created.

We also ensure follow-up with relevant government authorities, such as the Ministry of Investment (MISA) and the Ministry of Commerce, to facilitate a smooth and reliable residency process for the investor.

Pre-Application Guidelines

Applications are subject to review according to the approved criteria, and submitting an application does not guarantee final approval.

Valid Investment License.

Company Articles of Association.

Copy of the Commercial Registration.

Copy of residency permit

(Absher format, yellow version with expiry date for each ID).

Copy of a valid passport.

Recent personal photograph.

Copies of visit visas for family members

(parents, spouse, children).

Personal National Address.

Holding a valid Investment License.

Investing a minimum of SAR 7 million in economic activities within the Kingdom, with proof of capital injection within the first two years.

Employing at least 10 employees in Saudi Arabia.

A valid Commercial Registration.

Articles of Association clearly stating the applicant’s ownership share.

Application processing time is approximately 3 months and may vary by case.
